About Us

We’re on a mission to transform the way we work by putting people first so organisations can be the most productive they can be

We help organisations lift performance, retention, and culture through wellbeing-led strategy

The team here at WPWI deeply care about prioritising worker wellbeing and mental health as we have all experienced what it is like to work in an unsupportive and mentally draining environment. We have all had our own health and wellbeing journeys to overcome and grow from so our programs also draw from our past experiences and learnings. We also believe every workplace deserves to thrive and succeed and the only way to accomplish that is to put the worker’s needs first.

Why WPWI Was Created

WPWI was created because we’ve been there.

We know what it feels like to be overwhelmed at work. To care deeply, push hard, and still go home exhausted; mentally, emotionally, and physically.

We also know that this isn’t just a you problem. It’s a workplace problem.

Too often, performance is expected at all costs. Wellbeing is left to chance. And the culture quietly tells people to just “tough it out.”

We started WPWI to change that.

Our mission is to help organisations lift performance, strengthen retention, and build cultures that support people to thrive, not just survive.

Because when you take care of your people, the results take care of themselves.

Our Mission

At the Workplace Performance & Wellbeing Institute, our mission is to help organisations build workplaces where high performance never comes at the cost of human wellbeing.

We partner with forward-thinking leaders to create lasting change, improving performance, strengthening retention, and embedding wellbeing into the culture of work.

Because the way we lead today shapes the workforce of tomorrow. We’re not just building better workplaces for this generation, we’re setting a new standard for the next.
