These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to The High Performance Blueprint workshop delivered by Workplace Performance & Wellbeing Institute (ABN 67 346 139 979) (“WPWI”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By booking or participating in The High Performance Blueprint, you (“the client”, “you”, “your”) agree to the following:
These Terms are to be read together with the WPWI General Terms and Conditions. Both documents form part of your agreement with WPWI.
1. Workshop Delivery

1.3 Workshops must be delivered within six (6) months of booking and payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Venue and Client Responsibilities
2.1 You are responsible for arranging and securing a suitable venue for the workshop.
2.2 All venue-related costs (including hire fees, equipment, catering, or additional charges) are your responsibility.
2.3 You must ensure the venue provides adequate space, facilities, and safety for the workshop to run effectively (e.g. seating, projector, AV).
2.4 You are responsible for ensuring participants are available for both The Thriving Workplace Index and the workshop itself.
3. The Thriving Workplace Index

4. Fees and Payment
4.1 Workshop fees are payable as invoiced by WPWI.
4.2 Where travel is required for face-to-face delivery, associated costs (e.g. flights, accommodation, transfers, meals) will be added to the initial invoice at reasonable rates unless otherwise agreed.
4.3 Pricing is based on the number of participants specified in your booking. If fewer participants attend, the full workshop fee remains payable.
4.4 Payment terms and methods are governed by the WPWI General Terms and Conditions
5. Changes, Transfers and Cancellations
5.1 Workshop bookings are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
5.2 You may request to change the workshop date with at least 10 business days’ notice, subject to WPWI’s availability. An administrative fee may apply.
5.3 Workshop dates cannot be moved within 10 business days of the scheduled delivery date.
5.4 A workshop may be rescheduled once without additional charge. Further reschedule requests may incur a fee.
5.5 In the unlikely event WPWI must reschedule, we will work with you to arrange a suitable alternative date.
6. Media and Marketing
6.1 WPWI may capture photographs, audio, or video recordings during the workshop for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes.
6.2 By attending, you and your participants consent to the use of your image and likeness in WPWI’s materials unless you notify us in writing prior to the workshop, alternatively participants can let a WPWI team member know on the day.
